Job Description

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning. Handle cash transactions, including receiving and disbursing payments. Maintain accurate sales records and ensure proper cash closing at the end of the day. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. Manage and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring discipline and teamwork. Handle payment-related issues and coordinate with the finance team when needed. Ensure food quality, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients. Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams for stock management. Monitor and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory practices. Track and control food wastage to optimize restaurant costs. Maintain stock levels and place purchase requests as needed. Ensure compliance with restaurant safety, health, and sanitation standards. Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports. Train and develop staff to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor restaurant equipment and coordinate maintenance when necessary. Assist in marketing and promotional activities to boost sales. Address customer feedback and improve service quality. Work closely with management to implement policies and improve overall operations.
