<p>We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and networking events.<br/>* Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.<br/>* Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews.<br/>* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.<br/>* Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.<br/>* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).<br/>* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.</p>We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team.
