Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, resolving conflicts and enhancing engagement. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and career development plans. Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company standards. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and reward programs. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions. HR Analytics: Track metrics (attrition, hiring trends) to drive decisions. Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives to foster an equitable workplace.
