Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: - Receive and process customer orders from various sales channels (Admin Panel, Telesales, Digital Marketing, etc.). - Verify order details, payment confirmations, and inventory availability. - Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for timely order dispatch. Inventory Management: - Maintain accurate stock records and update systems after each transaction. - Monitor stock levels and proactively notify the supply chain team about low-stock items. - Conduct regular stock audits (every 7 days) to prevent discrepancies. Delivery Management: - Plan and execute timely delivery schedules. - Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time and damage-free deliveries. - Handle challenges related to delivery delays or returns. Communication & Support: - Keep the sales team updated on order status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines. - Address and resolve queries or complaints related to order fulfillment.
