Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the nursing team within the unit, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies. Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient safety. Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation. Provide clinical support and mentorship to nursing staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
