Leadership Team

I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the new Principal of Liwa International School Al Qattara. As I step into this role, I am filled with enthusiasm for the journey ahead and the opportunities we will have to grow and succeed together. My journey as an educator began in Ireland, where I worked as a Primary School teacher, driven by a deep passion for learning and a commitment to student success. This passion led me to explore international teaching opportunities, taking me first to Australia in 2005 and then to the UAE in 2008. Having lived in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I am now thrilled to join the Al Ain community, ready to embrace the unique culture and warmth of the Garden City. Throughout my career, I have found great fulfillment in leadership roles, particularly in working closely with students, parents, and teachers to support and enhance student learning. My academic background, which includes a Master’s degree focused on education and leadership, has provided me with a strong foundation to contribute meaningfully to the development of innovative educational programs. At Liwa International School Al Qattara, I am committed to building, maintaining, and evolving the systems and curriculum that inspire both students and teachers to reach their full academic and personal potential. I look forward to collaborating with our dedicated team of educators to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where every student can thrive. Together, we will foster a culture of excellence and empower our students to become lifelong learners and global citizens. As we embark on this exciting new chapter, I am eager to forge strong partnerships with parents, the wider community, and educational organizations. I believe that by working together, we can enrich the educational experiences of our students and broaden their horizons. My vision for our school is one where diversity is celebrated, creativity is encouraged, and a love for learning is instilled in every student. Change brings both challenges and opportunities for growth, and I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. I am confident that, as a community, we will support each other, grow together, and achieve great things. I look forward to meeting each of you and working closely with you to ensure the continued success and well-being of our students. Thank you for welcoming me into the Liwa International School Al Qattara family. Together, we will build a bright and promising future for our students.
