Job Description
- Conduct market research to Analyse customer behaviors - Handling customer queries received through the social media channels and coordinating with relevant departments and resolving them. - Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys. - Identify and Analyse competitors' activities - Coordinate, organize and follow-up promotional activities, marketing campaigns within the branch network. - Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts. - Monitoring and tracking progress of post-event marketing activities. - Coordinate and procure branding & promotional material requirements- Conduct market research to Analyse customer behaviors
