PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate all Pre-Delivery Inspection activities for new vehicles Assign tasks and monitor performance of PDI technicians to ensure timely completion of work Inspect vehicles to verify quality, safety, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines before delivery Ensure all PDI checklists and documentation are accurately completed and filed Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for vehicle delivery schedules Report and address any defects or issues found during inspections Maintain inventory/records of PDI tools, equipment, and consumables Train and guide PDI team members to maintain quality standards Ensure a safe and clean working environment in the PDI facility Perform other related duties as assigned by management
