Job Description
Comply with all service organization, reception procedures and standards. Maintain Service booking and monitor vehicle throughput. Greet customers, determine nature of wish or complaint and consult vehicle file. Determine needed services / repairs and diagnose cause of malfunction; test drive; visual inspection or refer to Workshop Technicians as necessary. Prepare the workshop pre order: Document Vehicle condition and damages/ Customer properties. Obtain customer and vehicle data, obtain customer's signature.Comply with all service organization, reception procedures and standards.
