Finance and Performance Management Manager

Under the supervision of the General Manager Enterprise Business Unit, below are the Key Job Responsibilities; Lead the development and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the EBU. Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to inform strategic decisions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives; Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor EBU financial and operational performance. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with actionable insights; Identify variances from financial plans and recommend corrective actions; Act as a financial advisor to EBU leadership, providing insights on profitability, cost management, and investment decisions; Evaluate business cases for new products, services, and partnerships, ensuring financial viability and alignment with strategic goals; Support pricing strategies and contract negotiations with financial analyses; Ensure adherence to MTN Group’s financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity;
