Key Responsibilities: Calendar and Meeting Management: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Communication: Handling inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and meeting requests. Travel Coordination: Managing travel logistics such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Document Management: Preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and other documents. Project Assistance: Supporting various projects and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. Office Management: Handling general office tasks to maintain smooth operations. Confidentiality: Ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times with sensitive information.
