Senior Executive Exports

Key Responsibilities: - Strong follow-up on Letters of Credit (LC) and a clear understanding of LC clauses. - Generate adhesive reports and submit Form E via PSW. - Prepare shipping and banking documentation. - Manage exports efficiently using cost-effective methods and multiple modes of transport (MOT). - Ensure timely delivery of shipping and banking documents. - Maintain data integrity across relevant systems. Review and confirm Bills of Lading; coordinate with forwarders to ensure timely receipt of BL. - Continuously enhance knowledge of the Transport Management System (Oracle). - Generate export, banking, and logistics reports using Oracle. - Have a strong understanding of export rebate processes, including eligibility, documentation, and coordination with banks and regulatory authorities for timely claim submissions. - Understanding of Rebate processes
