    Job Description

    OCS Emirates is looking for hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the UAE within a Facilities Management company. Proven ability to manage community, residential, and commercial buildings (experience in all three will be an advantage). Experience supervising a team of at least 50 cleaners. Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting directly with clients. Comprehensive knowledge of various cleaning tools, chemicals, and machines, and their safe and effective use. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train, motivate, and monitor housekeeping teams to meet company standards. Responsibilities: Oversee daily housekeeping operations across multiple sites. Allocate tasks and schedules to staff, ensuring optimal productivity. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Liaise with clients to address requests, feedback, and service improvements. Manage and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and chemical inventories. Implement housekeeping best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
