Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior HR managers to understand hiring needs across roles and departments. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding. Write and post job descriptions, engage with candidates on job boards and social media platforms. Screen resumes, maintain candidate databases, and track applicants through the hiring process. Identify future hiring needs and work with HR managers to develop recruitment strategies.
