Job Description
- Lead the design, validation, and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, yield, and cost efficiency. - Mentor junior engineers in problem-solving methodologies and best practices. - Identify and resolve process-related defects (e.g., soldering issues, display malfunctions, battery defects). - Collaborate with automation engineers to enhance robotic assembly, pick-and-place systems, and vision inspection. - Use statistical tools (Minitab, Excel, MES/SCADA systems) to analyze production data.- Lead the design, validation, and improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, yield, and cost efficiency.
