Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with industry standards. Define cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices to protect organizational infrastructure. Advise senior management on risk management and mitigation strategies. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify security gaps. Lead incident response planning and coordinate responses to cybersecurity breaches. Establish crisis management strategies for handling security-related incidents. Manage and mentor the cybersecurity team, defining roles and ensuring adequate staffing. Oversee the selection, deployment, and maintenance of cybersecurity tools. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system architecture and development practices. Prepare and present security reports to executive leadership and the board.
