We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Automation Analyst to optimize and automate operational workflows across departments. This critical role bridges business and technologydriving efficiency, documentation excellence, and continuous improvement. What Youll Do: Design and implement structured processes Maximize tool utilization (Slack, Airtable, Asana) Identify & deploy automation solutions (Power Platform, RPA tools) Deliver insightful reports and visual dashboards Promote training and adoption across teams Who You Are: Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field 35 years' experience in business process improvement Skilled in RPA, Power BI, project management, and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communicator in English (Arabic a plus)
