Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Deputy Manager MRP Controller to join our team at the leading trims and packaging company in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive demand planning knowledge with at least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive demand planning strategies to meet the company's inventory and production needs. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for demand forecasting and inventory management. 3. Monitor and analyze MRP (Material Requirements Planning) data to ensure timely and accurate supply of trims and packaging materials. 4. Evaluate and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. 5. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of trims and packaging materials. 6. Utilize MRP and ERP systems to track and manage inventory levels and procurement activities. 7. Generate reports and provide insights on demand forecasting, inventory performance, and supply chain efficiency. 8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance demand planning and inventory management processes. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. 2. Proven 5-8 years of experience in demand planning, MRP control, or similar role within the manufacturing or packaging industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of MRP systems, demand forecasting techniques, and inventory management best practices. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Proficiency in using MRP and ERP software for inventory management and procurement activities. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 8.
