PACT Employment Services, a UAE-based recruitment and staffing agency, is looking for hiring an experienced HR Technology Consultant for one of its leading clients in the UAE. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2 years in a similar role At least 1 year of Oracle HRMS implementation & production support experience Key Responsibilities: Maintain HRMS work structures (organizations, positions, grade rates, approvers) Provide Tier 2 technical support for HRMS users across group companies Ensure compliance with HR processes and proactively identify operational risks Provide support using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
