Youll help shape the culture of one of the UKs fastest-growing startups Not just in theory, but in the day-to-day reality of who we hire, how we support them, and what it feels like to walk into our office. This role sits at the intersection of: Recruitment (because culture starts with who walks in the door) HR (because culture lives or dies in how people are supported) Office ops (because the space is part of the cultureevery tiny, green detail counts) And... the vibe (the glue, the energy, the stuff you cant always write down but everyone can feel)
