ServiceNow Senior Architect

PETADATA is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead the architecture and design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This is an onsite opportunity in Austin, TX, and requires a candidate with exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skillsespecially within financial domain environments. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and technical lead, working closely with business stakeholders, executives, and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the ServiceNow platform architecture strategy, planning, and implementation across the enterprise. Collaborate with financial business teams and C-level executives to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Design and architect robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with financial industry best practices, compliance, and audit controls. Drive enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, GRC, and custom app development. Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems.
