PL Capital is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Wealth Business division based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hiring and managing Private Bankers and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. If you are passionate about driving HR strategy and contributing to the growth of a leading wealth management business, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives within the Wealth business. Lead recruitment efforts for Private Bankers and other related roles in the Wealth business. Manage employee lifecycle, performance management, and talent development initiatives. Advise business leaders on HR-related issues to drive employee engagement and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in hiring and managing Private Bankers in the financial services or wealth management sector. Strong expertise in HR operations and talent management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
