Job Description

Source new leads through research and inbound lead follow-up. Interact through outbound cold calls, virtual meetings, emails and live web chats. Generate interest on company's products and services, qualify the leads. Identify key prospects, understand the prospect needs and requirements, generate quotes and qualify the opportunity. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure. Maintain a deep understanding of company products or services to effectively communicate benefits and features to prospects. Utilize CRM tools to keep track of interactions with prospects, manage customer data, and facilitate follow-up activities. Interface and contribute to sales and marketing activities, participate in key marketing events. Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets set by the organization.
