Assist Project Managers in day-to-day project coordination tasks 2. Help maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports 3. Track project timelines, deliverables, and team communications 4. Communicate with internal teams to follow up on assigned tasks 5. Prepare project status reports and dashboards 6. Participate in internal and client meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are followed 7. Support testing, QA follow-up, and delivery processes when needed Requirements: 1. Ongoing or recently completed Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, IT, or related field 2. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) 3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools 4. Basic understanding of project tracking tools like Trello, ClickUp, or Jira 5. Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology 6. Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 7. Must know how to prepare and manage project documentation (SRS, meeting notes, timelines) 8. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (tech, design, client) What Youll Learn 1. Real-world experience managing projects and client expectations 2. Exposure to Agile tools and software development tracking platforms 3. How to manage cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines 4.
