Financial Analyst

In this role, youll play a key part in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting functionshelping drive smarter decisions across the business. What Youll Do: - Prepare and distribute monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports - Compile month-end reporting packages and assist with executive review presentations - Monitor and forecast operating expenses, identifying areas for cost control and margin improvement - Conduct variance analyses and provide insights on deviations - Support strategic initiatives with financial projections and modeling - Respond to internal data requests with clear, data-backed insights - Assist in developing and automating financial reports and dashboards - Recommend and implement process improvements What Were Looking For: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field - 12 years of experience in corporate finance or financial reporting - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (bonus if you know financial tools or ERP systems) - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines Why Join Us?
