Job Description

As Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping this new chapter by working directly with the leadership team on high-impact initiatives such as: - Identifying and acquiring new redevelopment or land opportunities Conducting project feasibility, FSI/costing analysis, and preparing basic IRR models - Coordinating with legal and liaisoning teams for title diligence, documentation, and approvals - Supporting investor conversations, strategic partnerships, and internal planning - Contributing to the development of internal processes and institutional frameworks
