Job Description
1. 84 months of experience leading elicitation sessions with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts using variety of information gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models. 2. 72 months of experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the as-is state and development of a to-be process. 3. 48 months of experience creating user stories, test cases and test scripts to capture and track all requirements and enhancements. 4. 60 months of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall Methodologies. 5. 30 months of experience working with business users to gather requirements for Siebel CRM Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication. 6. 30 months of experience contributing to the establishment of PMO standards, processes, and internal controls including establishing SDLC. 7. 24 months of experience working with business users to gather requirements for a Surrogate Decision-Making program management system. 8. 24 months of experience in a hybrid business analysist/project management role. 9. 60 months of experience working in State Government. 10.
