1. 60 months experience in Dynamics Solution Architecture designing and developing complex solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. Experience should include developing system architecture that integrates Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems. 2. 84 months experience in Customization and Development of systems utilizing Dynamics technologies. Qualifying previous experience should include: Creating custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to extend Dynamics 365 functionality; developing and maintaining custom applications using Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Power Automate. 3. 84 months experience Data Management experience overseeing data migration, integration, and synchronization between Dynamics 365 and other systems while ensuring data integrity and implementing best practices for data governance. 4. 60 months experience with Performance Optimization Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in Dynamics 365 applications by adjusting configurations and customizations for scalability and efficiency. 5. 60 months experience acting as a subject matter expert, guiding junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Provide technical leadership in project planning and execution. 6. 12 months experience conducting thorough testing of customizations and integrations to ensure reliability and compliance with requirements. Experience should include implementing automated testing frameworks where applicable. 7. 60 months experience documenting technical designs, processes, and solutions for future reference.
