1. 84 months experience in Project Management of Application Development projects that include multiple platforms, application programming languages and methodologies including internal and external web applications 2. 84 months experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard project management life cycle methodologies including iterative project planning tracked via a project plan 3. 36 months experience in IT customer relationship management in a governmental setting using centralized IT and project management services. 4. 36 months experience administering a multi-agency project portfolio in a governmental environment which includes using standardized project management templates; estimating IT project budgets; determining Return on Investment (ROI); preparing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimations for proposed projects and implementation of Secure System Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) methodologies. 5.
