Evaluate candidates' technical expertise and overall fit for the role in the Medical Billing domain. Train Freshers in RCM Processes: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to freshers on the essentials of RCM processes and US healthcare billing. Develop training programs that build foundational knowledge and skills from scratch. Support Hiring and Training: Collaborate in refining hiring strategies and training materials.
