<p>We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.<br/>* Source candidates through online channels, job boards, and networking events.<br/>* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.<br/>* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.<br/>* Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.<br/>* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).<br/>* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p>We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.
