<p>We are seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.<br/>* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.<br/>* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.<br/>* Document and track support requests in a ticketing system.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.<br/>* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.<br/>* Experience with network protocols and technologies.<br/>* Excellent communication and customer service skills.</p>We are seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our users.
