Job Description
Act as a finance business partner to the Business Head, providing financial insights, cost analysis, and profitability reports. Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Support month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accurate reporting. Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, Omani tax regulations, and statutory audit requirements. Develop and maintain costing models for R&D products, manufactured goods, and traded items. Conduct cost variance analysis, standard costing updates, and inventory valuation. Provide cost structures and margin analysis to support pricing strategies. Collaborate with R&D and production for cost optimization. Monitor accounts receivable, payable, and inventory. Analyze and optimize credit terms and procurement cycles. Manage cash flow forecasting.
