Technical Project Manager

Understand technically the Scope of Work of new project, plan Manpower & Tools Establish the technical deliverables during the design, implementation and transition phases of the project Coordinate with all divisions involved including implementation team (LAN, WAN, Security, IP phone & QOS) and project manager & pre-sales for project related technical activities Technical front ending with the customer roll out plans, execution and expansions or re-schedule the implementation plan and facilitate the project technical tasks to achieve the agreed plan Monitor project against the technical SLA & take the corrective actions in co-ordination with the PM to keep the agreed project plan maintained Responsible for monitoring Project technical tasks completion Timely, Installation, commissioning and testing the project network setup as per the acceptance test plan
