MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in accurately estimating costs, preparing BOQs, and managing all MEP-related aspects of construction projects. This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in STP projects and P&ID preparation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) from design diagrams. - Review and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID). - Estimate and manage costs for all MEP components of construction projects. - Evaluate project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with standards. - Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Collaborate with design and construction teams to address technical and cost-related issues. - Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and budget adherence. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying. - Strong expertise in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects is highly preferred. - Proven ability to prepare accurate BOQs from complex design diagrams. - Solid understanding of MEP systems, materials, and market trends. - Proficient in software tools related to quantity surveying and cost estimation. - Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Requirements: - Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID. - Availability to join immediately is essential. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
