Contracts Manager

-Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of construction contracts. -Ensure contracts comply with all legal and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia. - Monitor the performance of contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. -Act as the main point of contact for all contractual matters between internal teams and external -contractors, clients, and suppliers. -Ensure adherence to contract terms, including payment schedules, deadlines, and quality standards. -Manage regular reports on the progress of contracts, compliance issues, and risks.
