The ideal candidate will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions and improvements.<br/>* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.<br/>* Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.<br/>* Provide performance management guidance to line management.<br/>* Participate in talent acquisition and succession planning.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.<br/>* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br/>* Proven ability to manage conflict and resolve disputes.<br/>* Proficiency in HRIS systems.</p>
