    <p>We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management. The HR Business Partner serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource-related issues.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.<br/>* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.<br/>* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.<br/>* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices<br/>* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<br/>* Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities<br/>* Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p>
