The HR Business Partner assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, delivering value-added service to management and employees.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.<br/>* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.<br/>* Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR policies and procedures.<br/>* Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.<br/>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/>* Proven ability to manage employee relations issues.<br/>* Proficiency in HRIS systems.</p>
