Research and onboard new suppliers to expand the supplier database, enhancing sourcing options. Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and advantageous agreements. Collaborate closely with the technical team. Provide specialized sales support by assisting sales engineers with quotations and tracking follow-up communications with customers. Prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns, proposals, annual contracts, and procurement documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word, specifically for automation and control system projects. Coordinate order handling to ensure seamless project execution. Collaborate with top management to ensure each project is executed on time, addressing any project-related issues promptly.
