Riz Electric is looking for an experienced eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce strategies, digital marketing, and home automation products. The eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for driving online sales growth, enhancing user experience, and managing digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Online Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment. - Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, and conversion rates, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. - User Experience: Optimize the online shopping experience to ensure user satisfaction and increase sales. - Vendor Relations: Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery and availability of products. - Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders and transactions.Riz Electric is looking for an experienced eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels.
