AV & Specialized Systems Technician

Maintenance of AV & Lighting asset installations and associated equipment. Operating and handling all AV & Lighting assets during event; Experience in digital signage video conferencing and audio-visual system skills. Troubleshooting and AV integration experience and knowledge of AV control rooms. Certification in audio visual technology or related field is a must. Monitoring of all event consumable, fast moving and critical spare parts. Responsibility for allocated work orders from receipt to completion. Adhere to all regulations in respect of AV & Lighting at work. Adhere to the AV & Lighting quality management system. Strong teamwork ethic and promotion of customer service excellence. Record keeping and produce detailed work reports, as required. Knowledge in networking fundamentals is a plus, such as TCP/IP, firewall, routers, and VLAN should be added value. Good English language ability both spoken and written. Spoken English, Hindi. Knowledge in Automation systems such as Crestron, Extron, AMX and lighting control Software is a Plus.
