    The movement officer is a vital role in managing the vehicle fleet and logistics resources. The following are the most important requirements or conditions that must be met by the movement officer employee: 1. Academic qualifications and experience: Educational certificate (preferably a diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or any related field). Previous experience in the field of movement management or logistics (preferably two years or more). Good knowledge of fleet management systems and movement planning programs. 2. Technical skills: Good knowledge of trip scheduling and organizing vehicle movement. Ability to use computer programs related to fleet management (such as Excel, or ERP programs). Understanding traffic and safety rules and regulations. Ability to monitor fuel consumption and evaluate vehicle performance. 3. Personal and administrative skills: High organizational skills to ensure smooth fleet operation. Ability to make quick decisions to solve urgent problems. Effective communication skills with drivers and work team. Ability to manage time efficiently. 4. Legal Requirements: Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to transportation and movement. Valid driver's license (may be a requirement for some jobs). 5. Monitoring and Evaluation Skills: Ability to follow up on periodic maintenance of vehicles. Prepare daily/monthly reports on fleet performance and fuel consumption. Monitor drivers' performance and ensure their compliance with procedures. 6. Health Requirements: Ability to work long hours (especially in emergency situations). Physical fitness for field work when needed.
