Project Manager Commercial & Residential Building

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee civil (industrial) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
* Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
* Track project milestones and deliverables.
* Manage project budget and resource allocation.
* Ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.

Required Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
* Strong understanding of PEB, RCC, and finishing infrastructure works.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
