Job Description

The Infrastructure Lead will oversee enterprise-wide IT Asset Management and Desktop Services operations. This role is responsible for driving the implementation and ongoing optimization of tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jira Service Manager, and M365. The candidate will ensure high service levels across PC imaging, device compliance, onboarding/offboarding workflows, license management, and coordination with local and on-site support teams.
