Job Description
Secret Gardens LLC is looking for Sales & Showroom Manager to work alongside their experienced team of architects, engineers & construction professionals. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Management - Handle all new daily client communications from sources such as WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and emails (5-15 average new communications) - Schedule and attend 15+ client meetings per day - Follow up with leads, track progress, and re-engage inactive prospects - Prepare and upload proposals for new and existing clients - Respond to all inbound enquiries (including softscape, grass, maintenance, tenders, and job applications) CRM & Internal Coordination - Manage client records in CRM: add notes, proposals, project status, etc. - Assign awarded projects to designers and initiate client group chats and email chains - Have oversights of all design team projects - Attend all internal meeting such as sales and marketing meetings - Ensure all client and supplier interactions are logged properly - Update and sync project cycle records for signed clients - Monitor and respond to daily Instagram inquiries - Coordinate with the sales team for proper handover of leads - Contribute content or write-ups for the website and promotional material - Stay updated with high-end market trends and target communities - Work alongside our Interior Design sister company with any collaboration projects Client Relationship Management - Follow up communication with any prospective clients - Schedule and conduct regular client check-ins during ongoing projects - Address concerns, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction HR, Team & Showroom Support (For the Design Department) - Ensure showroom is kept clean and presentable at all times - Ensure material samples are correctly displayed and replaced after each meeting - Maintaining a positive environment in the office for staff and clients - May be required to assist in complex or sensitive client/staff cases when neededSecret Gardens LLC is looking for Sales & Showroom Manager to work alongside their experienced team of architects, engineers & construction professionals.
