Job Description
Install, program, and test access control systems, CCTV surveillance, intrusion detection, audiovisual systems, and networking systems in commercial environments Install racks, servers, and other datacenter equipment Troubleshoot and resolve system issues both on-site and remotely Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and system schematics Run, terminate, and label low-voltage cabling and fiber optic systems Perform system commissioning, functionality checks, and end-user training Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other on-site trades to ensure seamless project execution Maintain accurate documentation and service records for all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress and service call resolutions Update software platforms with real-time data on project status and service activities Accurately track time spent on each project and service call for reporting and billing purposes Maintain service vehicle cleanliness, organization, and inventory to ensure readiness and efficiencyInstall, program, and test access control systems, CCTV surveillance, intrusion detection, audiovisual systems, and networking systems in commercial environments
