Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve the sales & the qualitative objectives set for the store. Implement and fully responsible for the application of operational procedures. Build, motivate and manage the team: - Defi ne and build the necessary structure. - Establish plans and allocate the daily tasks to team members. - Set individual objectives, monitor and evaluate the performance. - Train and motivate the team of Coffee Specialists. Monitor and improve the service level according to SEVEN FORTUNE COFFEE Organise and optimise the smooth running of the store: - Ensure that the organisation runs smoothly with regards to customer expectations (reception, waiting time, tastings). - Respond appropriately to customer complaints. - Ensure that the different areas in the Boutique are in accordance with the international guidelines. - Implement and monitor the application of cash collection procedures. - Collect cash and organise appropriate transfer to the Bank - Organise maintenance of the Boutique and manage the related fi les. Inventory management: - Anticipate the requirements for each area of activity and ensure continually adequate stocks, place orders, check the deliveries. - Defi ne the optimal delivery plan (frequency/cost/product availability) and optimise the stock holding areas. Interface with Management and other departments: - Establish annual sales and work level forecasts with his boss. - Ensure weekly or/and monthly reportingMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
