SH Corporate Services Provider, a prominent consultancy firm in Dubai, UAE, is currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Chartered Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee the accounting departments operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Supervise daily activities of the accounting department. Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements as per IFRS and UAE regulations. Conduct financial analysis to support business strategies. Manage VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE corporate tax laws. Coordinate with internal and external auditors. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management. Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls. Provide financial recommendations to support business growth. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance.
