Job Description
Core Duty: Efficiently and accurately track, follow up on, organize, and verify client invoices, ensuring completeness and timely filing. Efficient Support: Provide strong daily administrative and operational support to a busy Financial Manager, assisting them in completing tasks efficiently. Document Management: Handle the organization, scanning, photocopying, and archiving of relevant financial documents. Communication & Coordination: Assist in handling basic financial communication matters with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
